Urgent: Help Bring a Yazidi Survivor to Australia for Family Reunion

After 12 long years of unimaginable pain and separation, a Yazidi daughter has finally been freed.

She was taken as a child—robbed of her childhood, her family, and her sense of safety. Like thousands of Yazidi women and girls abducted during the Yazidi genocide, she endured horrors that no human being should ever face. Today, she stands alive—carrying deep scars, but also something powerful: hope.

But her journey is not over.

Her family lives here in Australia. For more than a decade, they have lived between heartbreak and hope—waiting, praying, and holding on to the belief that one day they would see her again. That day has finally come… but they still cannot embrace her.

Due to circumstances beyond their control, her family is unable to travel to Iraq. And so, the only way for this long-awaited reunion to happen is to bring her safely to Australia.

This is where we must act.
